ABOUT SUBLYST

Student subleases, in one place.

Sublyst helps students find rooms and subleases, post listings and manage applications.

Search and compare listings

Sublyst brings listings, search and living preferences together to help you find a place that fits. Browse by city, ZIP or university, save your favorites, and compare the everyday details that matter to you.

Currently free to use

Create an account, publish a listing and submit applications without a platform fee. We may introduce paid listing services for Hosts later, with clear pricing and separate purchase consent. Existing free listings will not automatically become paid.

Apply with your saved profile

Set up a reusable rental profile, then apply with an optional message. Your profile is shared with the Host when you apply, so you can introduce yourself without filling out the same information every time.

For students and other adults

Students are at the heart of Sublyst, but you don’t need a school email to create an account. Sublyst accounts are for adults 18 and older. Optional school verification confirms access to a school inbox, not current enrollment.

Arrange the rental with the Host

Sublyst helps applicants and Hosts connect. Lease agreements, rental payments and arrangements happen independently outside the site.

Sublyst is operated by Brick Oven Holdings LLC.
